I personally work that right now. Though I might be quiting soon, I really hope they stay in business. They stressed over some financial difficulties to open Yama, therefore they cannot afford much for their advertisement, and they are not getting enough customers as they are supposed to get!

They have incredibly rate of repeating customers, and they constantly receive compliments about their food and service, so it's definitely worth for you to come in here and try!

maki toki

A few weeks ago, Maki Toki finally opened. They are at 1910 West Braker Lane, Building 3, Suite 300. Their telephone number is +1 512 832 0200.
The interior reminds me a little of Food Shui (minimal decoration, nothing to absorb sound). They have five tables for two along a wall, and a bar that seats about twenty facing two wide screen television monitors.
Their menu is limited. Two pieces of nigiri cost $2.50, while rolls cost $5.00 or $8.00 depending on type.
I am not a connoisseur, so I will let others evaluate the food.

Hayashi

Second time at Hayashi's and I'm still impressed! Must try this new venue that just opened up in Georgetown, I highly recommend it.

New Sushi Restaurant in Georgetown!

I met some friends at the Vino100 at the Wolf Ranch Town Center in Georgetown for a wine tasting and were turned on to a new sushi restaurant next door called Hayashi. The place is beautiful, the lounge music is awesome, the staff were very attentive, and the FOOD was unbelievable! For those sushi lovers like myself, you really need to check this new venue out!! I have several favorite restaurants but this was wonderful.

New Restaurant in Georgetown!

First of all I love this website that I encountered through Austin Tidbits. I love to try sushi restaurants and have a few favorites, but I came across a new restaurant in Georgetown while visiting some friends. We had dinner at this loungy venue and the sushi was unbelievable!! The music was great and the staff was nice. I will definatley eat at Hayashi's again when I'm in Georgetown. It's kind of hidden in the Wolf Town Ranch Center so don't miss it.
