Vegetarian Sushi
Vegetarian sushi is somewhat scarce in Austin. All sushi bars offer vegetarian rolls, though, and you can also ask the sushi chef to create specialty vegetarian rolls.
We like the vegetarian sushi at Whole Foods, which is pre-made and available to-go in the refrigerated section.
We also like the very limited vegetarian sushi selection at Veggie Heaven, an excellent vegetarian restaurant.
Vegans will appreciate the macrobiotic vegetarian sushi night at Casa De Luz. It's on the first Monday of the month, from 6pm-8pm.

New Restaurant Yanagi open 3 months
This place is great. Open three months, Yanagi is next to Gold's Gym on West William Cannon. I haven't had better, and I've had sushi all over the U.S and in many countries.
