What happened to Mimosa Cafe?

We were going to go there the other day only to find that it's closed down. What happened to it?

Mimosa was famous for interesting rolls, great food, and horrible service. But it was the place I loved to hate! I've heard rumors that the owners opened a new place somewhere else. Does anyone know anything?
